Fees and cancellations

At Horizon Psychology, fees and cancellation arrangements are outlined clearly from the outset so you know what to expect when arranging therapy or supervision. If you have any questions about fees or payments, please feel welcome to get in touch.

Session fees

Individual Therapy

£100 · 50 minutes

Couples Therapy

£120 · 60 minutes

Clinical Supervision

£130 · 60 minutes

Research Supervision

£120 · 60 minutes

A free, no-obligation 15-minute introductory phone consultation is available for new therapy clients. This provides an opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions and consider whether working together feels right for you.

For clinical or research supervision enquiries, please get in touch to discuss your requirements, the available options and arrangements for working together.

Payment

Session fees are payable in advance of each appointment. Payment arrangements will be confirmed when your sessions are booked.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

It is understood that unexpected circumstances can sometimes mean you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this happens, at least 48 hours’ notice is requested wherever possible, allowing the appointment time to be offered to someone else.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• 48 hours or more: No cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee.
• Missed appointments without notice: The full session fee.

These arrangements apply to both therapy and supervision appointments. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible.
